Learn how to select native plants that thrive in your specific conditions – from clay soil to coastal wind tunnels – while still creating a beautiful, Habitat friendly space. Chloe will walk you through species selection, which plants work to bring in which native animals, soil prep, and long-term care tips to ensure your garden not only survives, but thrives.

Perfect for anyone who wants to do more than just "plant and hope," this workshop is grounded in science, design smarts and a deep love for our native flora.

What you’ll learn:

• How to choose the right native species for your microclimate

• Soil prep tips for long-term success

• Habitat do's and don'ts

• Care techniques to keep your plants healthy and happy

Whether you're starting from scratch or reworking an existing garden, you’ll leave with the confidence and tools to grow a space that gives back – to both you and the environment.

There will also be a selection of native plants available for sale on the day.

These events take place on Ngambaa Country. We acknowledge the Gumbaynggirr and Dunghutti peoples as traditional custodians of this land and pay respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
