Take on the challenge to grow and store all of your veg for one full year. It's possible by joining the The Harvest workshop series. This series should empower you, the grower, with skills to preserve and create yummy flavours that are not only delicious, but great for your health. 
Led by Chef Dani, you'll be guided on a 3 hr workshop to make your own summer veg pickle. Great for people with a glut of - cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, capsicum etc
Learn 2 x methods (natural lactofermenation and bread & butter pickles) 
WHAT YOU GET 
Outline of equipment and how to use it inc substitutions 
Instruction on making your own brine vs pickle liquid 
Instruction on veg prep & salting 
Guidance on sanitising, filling and sealing 
Guidance how to avoid spoilage 
1x jar of bread & butter pickle 
1x jar of sweet & sour chilli pickles 
1x jar of dill pickles 
Attendees can bring their own produce and jars for extra batches
$80pp + booking fee
